As a facilities manager, hygiene or quality manager, the
control and management of Listeriawithin your food production facility will be of high importance. The ‘disease causing’ bacteria can be extremely dangerous if consumed and is especially a concern for the vulnerable, elderly, pregnant women, and sick patients and those with weakened immune systems.
